Turret Cameras

The turret camera gets its name from its structure, which is an eyeball camera protected inside an enclosure with a mounting base.

Advantages of a turret dome

A common application for home or residential, turret dome cameras are build to be discreet while looking like a part of the building without attracting too much attention.

While you would want to make sure your cameras are placed out-of-reach, sometimes the cameras need to be positioned on a lower ceiling. In this case, turret dome cameras may serve the purpose with its strong mounting and anti-theft enclosure.

Because of the ball design camera, you have the option to have the camera mounted on the ceiling or a wall (with the help of an IP enclosure for the cable or get the cable straight into the wall). You can then maneuver the ball so it covers the surveillance view. 

Having a separator means that it prevents IR bleed, that happens quite often with other cameras in cases of rain or snow particles covering the lens.
