Part of Hikvision’s Pro series PTZs, the HIK-2DF8425IXELW is an outdoor Darkfighter PTZ with 25x optical zoom and infrared for range visibility at night, up to 200m. The Hikvision Pro series features cutting-edge technologies such as Rapid Focus and Auto-tracking 2.0 and can capture high-quality 4-megapixel images efficiently with H.265 or H.265+ compression technology.
This PTZ is powered by Hikvision’s industry-leading Darkfighter technology which can capture crystal clear colour images in ultra-low light conditions. With a 360-degree endless pan range and a -20 to 90-degree tilt range, this versatile and full-featured PTZ dome camera makes it ideal for monitoring expansive areas. It allows the user to focus on specific details for further forensic needs.

Shipping Policy
Secureon.com.au offers free shipping for purchases $200+ Australia-wide*, or the standard shipping fee is a $25 flat rate for orders under $200.
We can't ship to PO Boxes as we use couriers. Currently, we use Sendle and Australia Post as shipping services or any other fastest express courier shipping available.
Orders are processed on business days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (public holidays excluded) with shipping times typically 1 - 3 business days or less in Australia. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, then tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
*Some products are excluded.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
