We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.

Orders are processed on business days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (public holidays excluded) with shipping times typically 1 - 3 business days or less in Australia. Some items may need to be backordered and this info will be listed on the product descriptions.
