Why Keyfob?
Using a remote control has several advantages over using a LED keyboard for operating a security system. With a keypad, a delay time of 30 to 60 seconds is typically required to turn off the alarm when entering the house to avoid triggering a false alarm. During this time, an intruder could potentially be in the room without triggering the alarm.
A remote control allows for immediate activation or deactivation of the alarm system before entering the house, thereby eliminating the need for a delay time. This ensures that the alarm sounds as soon as someone enters the room, making it a more effective security measure.
Bare in mind however, keypads are still recommended for companies or large families where it is not practical for each individual to carry a remote control. In addition to remote controls and keypads, the Hik-Connect mobile application can also be used for full control of the AX Pro alarm system.

Secureon.com.au offers free shipping for purchases $200+ Australia-wide*, or the standard shipping fee is a $25 flat rate for orders under $200.
We can't ship to PO Boxes as we use couriers. Currently, we use Sendle and Australia Post as shipping services or any other fastest express courier shipping available.
Orders are processed on business days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (public holidays excluded) with shipping times typically 1 - 3 business days or less in Australia. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, then tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
