We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Dahua DH-PFS4218-16ET-190 is a 16-port Layer 2 managed PoE switch, providing 16 x 100 Mbps PoE ports and 2 x Gigabit Uplink Combo ports, with a full load of 190W. Boasting an all-metal design and an operational temperature range of -10°C to +55°C, this switch offers superior heat dissipation and low power consumption. Advanced network management functions are enabled through CLI, iLinksView, web, and SNMP-based network management software.
