We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The DS-KH9510-WTE1 is a 10-inch Hikvision room station running on Android OS. It can use the Hik-Connect app to control and monitor other Hikvision devices like NVRs, cameras, or the alarm hub. This added feature makes it a handy device for sites already using or planning to switch to a Hikvision system. Plus, since it's compatible with the Gen 2 intercom range and Hikvision software, installation and setup are straightforward for installers.
