We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. DH-IPC-HFW5842H-ZHE is an excellent bullet network camera with starlight solution and deep learning algorithm. A part of the Dahua WizMind 5 Series, the network camera has various intelligent functions, including face capture, perimeter protection and people counting, which greatly improve the accuracy of video analysis. The series camera supports dustproof function, waterproof function and vandal-proof function, complying with the standards of IP67 and IK10 (Supported by some select models).
Dahua ePoE technology provides a new way to accomplish long-distance transmission between IP camera and network switch. It allows more flexible surveillance system design, improves reliability and saves construction and wiring costs.
