We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The DS-PDP15P-EG2-WB is a wireless motion detector that is fully supervised and equipped with advanced features such as motion detection, tamper protection, low battery alert, and supervision.
With an in-built battery, this detector can operate for up to 5 years without needing a replacement. It has a detection range of 15 meters and is specifically designed to ignore animal movements while accurately recognizing human motion from the very first step.
This wireless motion detector provides a high level of security, ensuring that any potential intruders are immediately detected and reported. The tamper protection feature ensures that any attempt to disable or damage the detector is quickly detected and reported as well.
