Yes. The CB2 4G uses 4G cellular connectivity via a nano SIM card and does not require Wi-Fi at all. This makes it ideal for locations without a stable home network, such as caravans, renovation sites, or remote properties.

The CB2 4G uses a nano SIM card. You will need to purchase a SIM card and a cellular data plan separately. The camera does not include a SIM card.

How long does the battery last?

The CB2 4G has a 2,000 mAh battery. Battery life depends on usage, detection frequency, and AOV settings. You can extend operation time by connecting it to an EZVIZ Power Partner (sold separately).

Can I use the CB2 4G outdoors?

The CB2 4G is designed primarily for indoor use. It is not rated for outdoor weatherproofing, so it should be kept in a sheltered, dry environment.

What is Always-On Video (AOV) mode?

AOV is EZVIZ's technology that allows the camera to wake up at preset intervals and record time-lapse footage even when no motion is detected. When human activity is detected, it switches to normal-speed video. This gives you continuous coverage without draining the battery quickly.
