We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Ajax MotionCam Outdoor White (model number AJAX#33598) is a wireless outdoor motion detector equipped with a camera for photo verification of alarms. It is designed to detect intrusions in outdoor areas and provide visual confirmation, enhancing the security system's reliability.
