Perimeter Protection
Automatically filters out false alarms caused by animals, rustling leaves, bright lights, etc. Enables system to act secondary recognition for the targets to improve alarm accuracy.
Starlight Technology
For challenging low-light conditions, Dahua's Starlight Ultra-low Light Technology offers the best in light sensitivity, capturing color in vivid detail, even in lighting as low as 0.005 lux. The camera uses a set of optical features to balance light throughout the scene, producing clear images in dark environments.
Video Metadata
Metadata is information on the attributes of targets that is extracted during monitoring. It can be used for data retrieval. There are four kinds of metadata supported by Dahua PTZ WizMind cameras: Human face, human body, motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle. Face information includes gender, age, glasses, masks, beards, and more. Human body information includes hat, top, top color, bottom, bottom color, bag, and more. Motor vehicle information includes plate color, type, vehicle color, sunshield, ornament, calling, seatbelt, smoking, annual inspection sticker, and more. Non-motor vehicle information includes type, color, top type, top color, people number, and more.
PFA Technology
PFA technology has introduced new methods of judgment that ensure the accuracy and predictability of the direction of subject distance adjustment. The result is a set of advanced focusing algorithms that ensure image clarity when zooming and that shorten focus time. This makes the camera highly advanced in its functions, substantially improving the quality of your experience.
Face Detection
Supports 6 attributes and 4 expressions: Gender, age, glasses and expressions (surprise, calm, happiness, and confusion). It also supports face cutout settings: Face, and single inch photo. Three snapshot methods are also featured: Real-time snapshot, priority snapshot, and quality priority.
Shipping Policy
Secureon.com.au offers free shipping for purchases $200+ Australia-wide*, or the standard shipping fee is a $25 flat rate for orders under $200.
We can't ship to PO Boxes as we use couriers. Currently, we use Sendle and Australia Post as shipping services or any other fastest express courier shipping available.
Orders are processed on business days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (public holidays excluded) with shipping times typically 1 - 3 business days or less in Australia. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, then tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
*Some products are excluded.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
