We accept returns for unopened security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving your products for a risk-free purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us using the contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Hikvision DS-PHA64-LP/NP AX Hybrid Pro Alarm Control Panel is a versatile security system that supports both wired and wireless devices. With its ability to integrate with other security systems, the panel offers a complete security solution that can be managed from a single platform. It supports up to 64 zones, making it ideal for large properties that require comprehensive security coverage.
The user-friendly keypad and mobile app enable remote monitoring and control. The scalable and flexible system can provide reliable and comprehensive protection for properties of all sizes, with compatibility with a range of detectors, sirens, keypads, and remote controls.
Key Features
- Hybrid system utilises a combination of 8 on-board zones, 56 wired/wireless zones and 4 on-board outputs (2 relay outputs and 2 I/O outputs) expandable, and up to 60 wired/wireless outputs
- Dual-path communication of alarm events and other signals over LAN, PSTN, Wi-Fi, GPRS or 3G/4G utilizing a main and backup channel with configurable priority
- 4-ch onboard IP Camera video verification, supports video recording (5s pre-alarm + 2s post-alarm, or 2s pre-alarm + 5s post-alarm) for verification to the alarm receiving email or mobile client
- Supports arming/disarming via keypad, keyfob, mobile client, iVMS-4200, SMS and tag
- Pushes alarm notification via messages and Hik-Connect
- Supports ISAPI, Cloud P2P, ISUP, CSV-IP and DC-09 protocol
- Supports 1 Speed-X BUS
